Here’s a balanced, fair Airbnb review that acknowledges the positives while providing constructive feedback. Overall, this home met our needs and comfortably accommodated our group of 10. One of its biggest strengths is the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, which made it easy for everyone to have their own space. It provided the lodging we needed and made our trip enjoyable. The host also deserves credit for being extremely responsive. When we reported maintenance issues, they had someone at the property within about 30 minutes, which was impressive. Their communication and willingness to address concerns quickly were definitely a highlight of our stay. That said, there are a few areas that I believe need attention. We noticed signs of water damage on multiple floors. The master bathroom had evidence of previous leaks, the second-floor AC unit leaked, and the third-floor AC unit also had an active leak.
