Book this designer retreat with a private backyard, just steps from everything today. This space is perfect for groups and the ideal "home base" for your bachelorette or birthday celebration. Only 2.5 blocks from East 6th, and minutes from downtown, UT, the Capital, and much of Austin.
Newly constructed in 2022, this designer gated 2 story home is well-suited for families and large groups. The first floor features an open floor layout that flows into the back yard and outdoor dining area. There is also a bedroom with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a half bathroom.
Upstairs we have a movie room with a large screen, surround sound, and a popcorn maker. The movie room has a pullout couch as well fold-down futon sofa. There is a bedroom with a king-size bed and a fold-down futon sofa and an en-suite bathroom, The other bedroom features 2 queen over queen bunk beds, and one more full bathroom. We also have portable mattresses if you have an extra large group and everyone needs their own place to sleep.
We have a private backyard and an upstairs patio with a propane fire pit. Right next door (150 feet) there is also a lovely park with a large public pool that is free to access. The pool is open during the summer from 1-8 pm every day except Thursday. There is also a free fitness center and air conditioning indoor basketball court in the facility that is open Monday through Friday. As well as an outdoor volleyball and basketball court that is always open. We have 110 outlet in the garage if you need to charge your EV overnight, and we are looking to install a 220 in the near future so if that's important to you check back with us.
No need to carry orcoordinate keys. We have keyless coded entry. Any members of your group can arrive at any time they like and check in and check out is easy.
We like to give you your privacy but we are also here day or night should you need anything at all.

We had an amazing stay! The house was exactly as described and was the perfect place for our group of 10. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably, and the layout worked great for our weekend together. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and the entire home felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The host was fantastic. very responsive, friendly, and quick to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. Their communication made everything smooth and stress-free.
We celebrated a bachelorette weekend in Austin, and Lynn's place was perfect for our large group! Ubers to downtown were affordable, and the house was close to local Austin activities while still being outside of the craziness. Having the coffee shop behind the house was super convenient. The movie room was great, and having 3.5 bathrooms was incredibly helpful. We also really enjoyed the hot tub!
