our house has an open plan layout that is ideal for entertaining with your whole group. The living area opens up seamlessly to the landscape backyard, in the front door is just a couple of locks from Rainey Street, downtown, and the nightlife and restaurants on 6th Street and the east side are just steps beyond that.
Our two bedrooms each have queen size beds and each have a fold-down futon couch. The living room also has a pull out couch and a fold down futon couch, there's even portable memory foam mattresses if your group needs extra sleeping spaces.
We'd love for you to make our home your home base and oasis for your Austin adventures! If your group is larger and you need extra space we have are three bedroom sister home located right next door.
We love hosting, and don't hesitate to ask if there's anything at all we can do to make your visit amazing!

The house was well laid out for us with 2 queens in each room. The location was excellent. The back yard wasn’t as nice as in the photos but there had been some bad weather so I’m sure that was a factor. The bathrooms were great. Nice shampoo/body wash, which was a plus! Coffee was a plus, too as we were only there for one night and didn’t buy groceries. Lynn was super responsive and friendly.
The home was spacious, in a great location, and worked well for a large group. Communication with the host was generally responsive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we experienced a couple of issues upon arrival. One of the advertised beds was broken and unusable on the first night, which impacted our group’s sleeping arrangements. The pool was also not in usable condition at check-in and required attention during our stay. Both issues were reported immediately and were eventually addressed. We appreciated the efforts made to resolve the problems, but the property was not in the condition we expected when we arrived. Overall, we still enjoyed our trip, but future guests may want to confirm that all sleeping accommodations and amenities are fully operational prior to check-in.
We throughly enjoyed our stay at this air bnb. The host was proactive and the place was very nice. I would booked again!
